We do not offer refunds or exchanges for opened products purchased.
However, if you are not satisfied with a product(s) and bring the same to our notice within 48 hrs of receiving the product(s), we will assist you in the best possible manner on case by case basis.
All claims for damages or expired products must be reported to customer service within 48 hrs of receiving the product.
Once a return claim is accepted the same will be processed within 72 hours. Depending on the mode of payment used, banks and payment gateway will take upto 7-12 working days to credit the amount to your account.
No returns of products or refunds including shall be accepted for products purchased under any promotions/ discount vouchers / or during any promotional sale period.
If the product returned is found to be without original packaging, price tags, seals and labels, the same would not be accepted and no refunds shall be made.

Orders once placed through www.bouncehere.com cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be made once an order has been successfully placed through www.bouncehere.com.
